We believe in your child's genuis! Bessarian Related Services Inc. was founded to meet each student where they are, to help accelerate their development and/or learning in a culturally competent and responsive way

Our approach is student-centered. Although we work in collaboration with parents, the student's teachers, and trained professionals to deliver related services to students with a learning disability, emotional disturbance, speech and language (other) impairment, or who are at risk of failing or repeating a grade level. We deliver IEP mandated services that incorporate the student's interests and goals into their learning plans, setting them on the path to take agency for their own lifelong learning

Additionally, Bessarian provides advocacy to assist parents with navigating the special education process. Even if your child has not been evaluated or recently started showing signs of learning or developmental delays, we can assist. We can help your family get the services and interventions to address challenging behavioral issues, increase on task behavior, promote improved social interaction in children affected by ASD, dyslexia, and other developmental and behavioral disorders. Securing the right educational resources for your child will determine the course of their life

What We Do

Bessarian Related Services Inc. is a specialized, multi-functional agency providing children with a wide range of services, typically outside of school time, in one-on-one or small group sessions. Our team of licensed and trained professionals use evidence-based best-practices intended to meet the unique needs of children battling such issues as language, attention-deficit, learning loss, and social-emotional deficits

We service children with existing IEPs. For students without IEPs, Bessarian provides advocacy and can help guide parents through the process if their children have not been evaluated or have only recently started showing signs of issues excelling in school

Our services are center-based services, such as remediating academic instruction and tutoring. Bessarian's providers are licensed to provide virtual services to ensure your child gets the support they need in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, there is the potential for services to be based out of your child school's resource room. We can bring in the trained professionals to provide your students with SETTS and other supports.
